Kaitautoko Whānau

Sometimes we all need some extra support to navigate the systems we are in to reach our moemoeā. We offer a whānau service by connecting you with one of our Tūhono Hapori | Community Connectors.

The aim of our Tūhuno Hapori is to ensure that whānau receive the services (and if required speak on their behalf) they need to allow whānau to plan and achieve their vision of whānau ora.

This can be through a range of supports such as:

• Facilitated hui with whānau

• Navigation services

• Advocacy

• Optimising collective resources

Whānau Whanake kaimahi sit on many boards and groups to ensure that the voice of whānau is heard from grassroots to government planning and policy making.
